The Cosmopolitan Hotel of Las Vegas is in the heart of the strip, where competition is fierce. To give them a new edge we created Rose, an AI-powered, mobile concierge, as part of the Just the Right Amount of Wrong campaign.

What truly makes Rose unique is her provocative persona and voice, which was based on the Masterbrand principles. Her responses keep guests wanting more, just to see what witty secret she’ll offer up next.

Guests interact with her via text or Facebook Messenger, asking for anything as simple as a towel, to a dinner reservation or even a guided tour of the art in the hotel.

And while Rose was created before ChatGPT, there’s still no competition between the two…
